job description Lead Management Generate outbound leads, analyze & and qualify leads in order to verify potential for Sales Team Generate, create, analyze & follow up leads in CRM Derive lead generation activities from annual strategy and propose new ways of finding prospect and new ways of generating leads Monitor, measure, analyze and report lead quantity and quality e.g. lead source effectiveness and efficiency, conversion rates for continuous improvement of lead management Monitor lead follow-up through close collaboration with Sales Team Maintain data quality for leads in CRM Serve as contact point for leads generated from Regional in SG or HQ in Europe Responsible for lead reports for Sales Team and Management Analyze market data & capture untapped market data Monitor on competitor activities based on market intelligence, social media platforms or equivalent Marketing Responsible for marketing activities include coordinating communication materials (flyer, publications, social media etc.), events & trade fairs, physical seminar, webinars, marketing budget etc Responsible for market analysis, consumer insights, competitors and market dynamics Adapt and localize marketing materials, including translation Plan and organise events such as exhibitions, technical seminars and other events Responsible for public relations matters in order to enhance corporate image and branding Responsible for corporate brand and identity of company Any other task assigned by superior Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business or related disciplines 4 years' experience in similar role and similar environment/related field, MNC business preferably within a matrix structure and a fast-paced environment Very good command of English – both spoken and written Knowledge in design software such as Adobe Ilustrator, In design, Photoshop is an added advantage Successful candidate will be offered the following: 5 days work week Attractive staff fringe benefit including 13th months salary, performance bonus, dental aid, Hospitalization & Surgical Life Insurance, Personal Accident & etc
