Marketing Assistant

Our client is an established food and beverage company with businesses around the globe.
To cope with their strong performance and rapid growth, they are now urgently seeking a Marketing Assistant to join their expanding team.
Job DescriptionAssist Director of Hong Kong Operations and liaise with Paris head office for marketing issues (marketing tools, light box, leaflets, press releases, product launching, window displays, and events).
Liaise with local PR agency, shopping malls' marketing teams, marketing suppliers, and shop managers on marketing and operational issues.
Liaise with Head Office for social media planning.
Operate and monitor the local social media platforms.
Manage the secret shopper program.
Manage the CRM program and tools.
Manage e-commerce website operations and updates.
Conduct sales reports, analysis, and competitor's benchmark.
Job RequirementsA minimum of 3 years' experience as an executive assistant or marketing assistant.
Native Cantonese, excellent English, and very good Mandarin.
Knowledge of French language is a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of French Culture.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Very well-organized and independent.
Be meticulous.
