Marketing Assistant (Intern)

Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare costings and quotations for customers.
Handle all related documentation, including delivery orders, invoices, and proforma invoices.
Coordinate with various departments regarding order status, product design, and other related matters.
Support the marketing team and manager in various phases of sales and marketing efforts.
Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Recent graduates with a diploma or certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are also welcome.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player with a customer-oriented approach.
