Marketing Executive - Based In Ipoh, Perak

Responsibilities: Grows and expands social media presence intosocial media platforms, plus increases presence on existingplatforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube,website and etcCreate meaningful content onall social media platforms, including writing and editing socialmedia posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting socialmedia campaigns.Manage performance marketingad placement for E-commerce, including creating and optimizing adcampaigns to drive audience engagement andconversions.To responsible for E-commerceonline order processing, delivery and returns of customerorders.Coordinate with other teams on theexecution of brand, marketing and e-commerceactivities.Manage the service quality andcustomer satisfaction.Assist in executingother marketing and communication activities eg releases,exhibitions, events, roadshow &etc.Other duties as assigned from time totime.Qualifications Candidate preferably possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, Mass Communications,Advertising or equivalent.At least 1 year ofworking experience in Digital Marketing/Social Media Marketing incontent writing, copywriting, or a relatedfield.Agency experience stronglypreferred.Fluency in social media: Hands-onskills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms andawareness of current trendsCreative &have knowledge in graphic design & videoeditingProficient in written and spokenEnglish & Bahasa MalaysiaExcellentcommunication skills to collaborate effectively withcross-functional teams & ability to workindependently.
