Marketing Executive

Job Descriptions: Communicate with the customers and understand their needs.Provide support to the sales team.Proactive, attend to customers' inquiries to ensure necessary actions are taken and followed through.Coordinate and be able to work closely with other departments to ensure smooth order processing until the goods' delivery.Keep customers informed of delivery planning and arrangements, and notify them promptly of any changes to delivery schedules.Provide after-sales support when needed.Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time. Job Requirements: Graduate or undergraduate in Business & Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management or equivalent.Fresh graduate is encouragedRequired language (s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa MalaysiaPreferably Mandarin speaking candidate, as the role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.Working experience on international business/ trading/ marketing will be a plus.Good interpersonal and communication skill.Passion for sales, self-motivated, initiative, discipline and able to work independently.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power Point.Willing to travel locally or abroad as when required.This position will be based in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.
