Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding the business and brand position, increase brand awareness and the identity of the brand.
Research and analyze social media trends, including social media ads revenue and web visitor data to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
Develop a social media strategy to increase the followers of the company social platforms.
Liaise with social media agency on monthly content postings and campaigns.
Monitor and respond to online conversations to generate user engagement.
Assist in replying to inquiries and feedback on all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
Prepare regular analysis of website/social media traffic data and monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Manage accounts and prepare budgets for proposed communication plans.
Develop marketing strategies to plan and execute marketing campaigns/projects within the given marketing budget.
Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
Responsible for internal and external communications including liaising with the marketing agency and company operating team.
Plan and coordinate collaborations with other vendor partners and KOLs.
Participate in all marketing-related campaigns and events.
Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, monitor and report on competitor activity.
Research and source vendors for PR gift sets and new merchandise ideas.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job RequirementsPreferably candidates with 2 years working experience in a relevant field.
Ability to cope with a fast-paced & high-stress environment.
Possess a driving license and be willing to travel.
Strong oral & written command in Mandarin for internal communication purposes.
Ability to generate English written content will be an added advantage.
Ability to self-generate video/picture media content will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with Microsoft Software (Office & Excel).
Creativity, content writing, good communication and interpersonal skills, multitasking skills.
Graphic design is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Google and Facebook is a must.
Outgoing personality, able to work independently and extra hours (if required).
Proactive and willing to solve problems independently.
Eager to enhance and grow knowledge and skills in marketing.
