The Exchange TRX is a 17-acre integrated development set to become one of Asia's leading lifestyle hubs. The mall is a million sq ft of next-generation retail space that includes a 10-acre rooftop park.
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns and events to drive foot traffic, enhance the shopping experience, and increase tenant sales. Your duties include but not limited to the following:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Collaborate with tenants to create co-promotional marketing strategies.
Analyse campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize effectiveness.
Plan, coordinate, and execute events within the mall, including seasonal promotions, holiday activities, community events, and tenant-focused events.
Work with external vendors and agencies to ensure smooth event execution.
Promote events through various marketing channels to maximize attendance.
Evaluate event success through attendance data and feedback, providing insights for future events.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the mall's brand identity.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and community partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
To be considered for this role 
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail or shopping mall industry.
Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and events.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools
