Job Responsibilities:
Contribute to the annual brand plan and promotional strategy, including new product launch.
Monitor and control A&P expenditure within budget allocation.
Develop and implement marketing plan across full marketing mix to deliver attractive yield and ROI.
Organize related activities such as workshops and product presentations with healthcare professionals.
Compile and review competitor's marketing activities periodically, as well as ongoing collection of market data and trends.
Work with salesforce on the execution of promotional activities to ensure the implementation of the designed programs attains the sales and marketing objectives.
Manage the product life cycle of the brand by optimizing resources to ensure profitability of products are met.
Responsible for regulatory relationship & compliance regarding product & promotion such as KKLIU, MAL, KPDNK.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' working experience in Marketing preferably in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-job training will be provided.
Solid experience in consumer campaigns; experience in digital marketing would be advantageous but not essential.
Nutritionists are encouraged to apply.
Good organization and planning skills.
Attention to detail, creativity, and good commercial sense.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and good business acumen.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Malay due to communications, documentation, reporting, and business needs.
