Build a strong administration and operational processensuring efficiency, effectiveness, consistency, follow through, smooth delivery and execution of tasks at all times.
Creating content people actually want- A strong understanding of our key audience, what drives them to engage, keep up with trends and build a community that are loyal.
Plan, organize, produce and archive assets – essential to plan marketing assets purposefully, organize and liaise with different parties, shoot, edit and manage all raw content and assets to be shared with agency and team leads.
Measuring the results of content marketing activities- Convert awareness into actions. Ultimately we want to see our marketing and communications effort being converted into concrete measurable outcomes. e.g. number of engagement, reach, impressions on social media translates to revenue.
Drive and maintain great relationshipswith internal team, external agency, other relevant collaborators, influencers, partners or media to ensure the best outcome for Mee Tarik Brand.
Plan and execute big, realistic and measurable goalsto ensure that targets, timelines and cash flow is met to stay afloat and grow.
Work to actively empower and managethe team by creating an environment that encourages teamwork, learning and creativity and to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
