Responsible in achieving the income KPI of the assigned promotion areas.Execute marketing space plan with the consideration of merchandising mix from designated categories and accounts, tenant's requirement, revenue target, seasonal commercial, event marketing support with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning.Input detail revenue and spending for annual budget purpose and on monthly basis for forecasting purpose with understanding of accrual of revenue and expenses where it is necessary. Advertising AreasAssist in leasing out the designated advertising and promotional mediums as well as monitor the quality outcome on production, installation and dismantling.Responsible in coordinating all relevant advertising bookings with appointed advertising concessionaire to achieve monthly income KPI. MiscellaneousAssist in the administrative and corporate records of the department.Prepare and manage internal communication among co-workers and tenants.Responsible for procurement related to campaigns, activities and capex items.
