Job Description
-Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet company business objectives.
-Responsible for the development and management of VIP.
-Responsible for lost VIP management.
-Responsible for statistics and analysis of VIP's data.
-Responsible for the planning and promoting VIP market activities.
-Responsible for APP membership marketing.
-Responsible for statistics and analysis of retail customer/walk-in data.
-Responsible for the planning and promoting of retail/walk-in market activities.
-Responsible for the monitoring of outlet operation and data reporting.
-Cold calling: making multiple outbound calls to potential business partners; closing sales and working with a business partner through the closing process;
-Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to create effective marketing plans.
-Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
-Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns and assist in training the regional marketing team about product knowledge.
-Assisting in standardizing the department SOP for managing major clients and VIP.
-Responsible for key account management, developing trust relationship with major clients and VIP.
-Expand the relationships with existing customers and business partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet the Companys' objectives.
-Resolve any issues and problems faced by regional marketing team and provide suggestion, solution and improvement plan from time to time.
-Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for the management, collaboration with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long-term business development plans.
-Building business relationships with existing business partners.
-Work closely with Area Network Managers to secure, retain and grow more accounts.
-Any ad-hoc task assigned by the management.
