Marketing Executive - Property Development

Marketing Executive - Property DevelopmentConduct marketing, advertising and promotional activities for the Company's upcoming property development projects.
Liaise with advertising agencies to develop appropriate marketing collaterals in line with the marketing concept of individual projects within the Company.
Plan, coordinate and conduct property launch events, exhibitions and sales events.
Conduct market research and generate reports of the Company's competitors in relation to product pricing, new launches and marketing activities for the usage of the Company's property division.
Handle application of Developer license, advertising permit, submission of Construction Progress Report and submission of Project Updates to NAPIC.
Liaise with financial institutions and lawyers to develop the required sales packages and documentation in line with the sales objectives of each project.
Assist in APDL application/renewal, and liaise with authority for other licenses that related to marketing.
Utilize various social media platforms and other relevant channels to enhance property visibility and generate potential leads.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field.
Preferable with 2-3 years of related working experience.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing would be advantageous for this role.
