Marketing Executive (Social Media)

Job responsibilities: Manage daily posting creative and attractive post on all social media platformsCreate and optimize social media assets, including graphics, images and videos and write highly engaging, shareable content. Create highly clickable and shareable content marketing deliverable to drive follower engagement and lead generation.Partner with key internal stakeholder & cross functional team to assist in a sustainable content marketing strategy.Leverage social listening and data analysis to identify trends, inform content and optimize campaign performance. Track and report on KPI to measure the impact of social media efforts and identify areas of improvementActively engage with online communities via social network, including replying comments, answering inbox massage and etc to increase customer service support quality. Qualification:  Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency and innovative thinking in creating engaging contentKnowledge of social media management, advertising and productivity/ analytic tools such as Google Ads, Facebook, XHS, Instagram, TikTok, etc.Experience with social media design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, etcStrong interest in storytelling business strategy and market research.
