Skills & Abilities • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to the planning and execution of activation programs. • Basic understanding of strategic marketing principles and the ability to apply them in practice. 2. Personal Attributes: • Strong interest & pro-active in marketing activations and event management • Eager to gain hands-on experience in executing event-based activities such as product launches, partners engagements and roadshows. • Does not mind occasional physically-involved works JOB SCOPE: • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and activations to promote the brand. • Support in creating event marketing materials such as invitations, signage and promotional collaterals. • Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure smooth executions of events. • Help in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and reporting on event performance. EXPERIENCE (Plus points): • Involvement in organizing university events, student club activities, or volunteer initiatives demonstrating a passion for event planning and execution. • Participation in relevant coursework, projects, or extracurricular activities related to marketing, communications, or event management.
