We are looking for a Marketing Manager in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector.
He/she will play a crucial role in driving brand growth and market penetration.
This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to optimize brand performance and enhance consumer engagement.
Main Tasks
Develop Marketing Strategies:Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and consumer trends.Campaign Management:Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.Budget Management:Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze spending to stay within budget while achieving marketing objectives.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to support new product launches and promotional activities.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Brand Management:Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with target consumers.Data Analysis:Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Utilize data analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.Perform reasonable ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Business Management, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
At least 5 years of relevant working experience (preferably in FMCG sector) in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English language (reading, writing, presentation, communication).
Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
