Brand and Clinic Positioning:
-Achieve local and international brand and clinic positioning objectives through public relations and marketing promotion activities.
-Develop comprehensive public relations and promotion plans, actively participating in budget preparation.
Representation and Promotion:
-Maintain constant contact with the media, local community, customer base, and corporate offices to represent and promote the clinic.
-Safeguard the correct image and positioning of the clinic and brand, ensuring compliance with corporate standards in all collateral and advertising materials.
Marketing Communication:
-Develop and execute marketing communication activities, overseeing the production of promotional materials, press kits, and coordinating press and media coverage.
-Demonstrate proficiency in e-commerce, mass communication, creative graphic design, innovative copywriting, and editing.
Media Relations and Coordination:
-Coordinate media interest in the clinic, ensuring regular contact with target media and appropriate responses to media requests.
-Oversee the appearance of all clinic print and electronic materials, including letterhead, logo usage, brochures, etc.
Monitoring and Analysis:
-Monitor marketing, communication, and public relations activities and trends as directed.
-Develop short-term and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program, monitoring progress, ensuring adherence, and evaluating performance.
Event Management:
-Organize and co-organize internal and external events.
-Seek potential partners for joint events.

; Requirements:-
-Degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
-Experience in advertising and marketing in the wellness and aesthetic industry is advantageous.
-Own transportation is required.
-Strong people management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Self-motivated with a positive working attitude and the ability to foster teamwork.
-Proficient in spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and other dialects is an added advantage.
-Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
-Willingness to handle any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
