Job Description Create comprehensive plans to market our products and services.
Conduct market research to understand trends and customer needs.
Design and oversee campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
Supervise the development of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, and website content.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand identity.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Foster an environment that promotes collaboration and innovative thinking.
Develop and manage the marketing budget.
Track expenditures to ensure effective use of resources and return on investment.
Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure cohesive strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies.
Ensure consistency in branding across all channels.
Monitor brand perception and recommend enhancements as needed.
Utilize analytics tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a focus on digital marketing.
Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Familiarity with online marketing tools and techniques, including SEO and social media.
Requirements Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Leasing Management with proven track record.
Possess good command of both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage Have established strong relationships with luxury brand principals and / or international brands.
Strong business acumen with good technical knowledge of mall leasing management.
Ability to handle marketing activities, tenant's communications, leasing of offices in retail and commercial property market.
Pro-active, enthusiastic, and self-driven with high level of integrity and professionalism.
Able to multi-tasking with meeting multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with clients, or customer-facing experience
