If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Marketing Operations. The Role: Support marketing operations for digital business including daily reports, payment reconciliation and sales tracking. Nurture leads and conversion with digital channels such as CRM tools, SEO, social and paid ads. Monitor campaign results,pile learnings and modify plans to improve campaign performance. Manage application processing from successful digital payment. Assist customers in their queries and policy servicing for digital business. Assist in coordination of marketing activities for new and existing partners. Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management. Take accountability in considering business and regulatorypliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatorypliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard thepany. Highlight any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Take accountability in considering business and regulatorypliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks The Person: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related Basic skills in Microsoft Excel. Strongmand of Bahasa Malaysia and English in Mandarin is a plus. Highly motivated, success driven and able to work independently Willing to learn and adapt to challenging environment Strongmunication, presentation and reporting skills Strong accuracy and attention to details Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs Fast learner and work well under pressure High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork. Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
