Develop and implement operational strategies and production plans for the department, optimizing various operational processes.Organize and lead department staff to ensure clear job responsibilities and efficient task execution.Monitor and analyze production/service data, promptly identify and resolve issues to improve operational efficiency.Coordinate cooperation among departments to ensure smooth integration of resources, information, logistics, and other areas.Develop and implement cost control and quality management measures to achieve operational targets.Build and manage a high-performance team by developing management talent and enhancing the professional skills and managerial capabilities of employees.Ideal Profile You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Hospitality, Leisure, Travel, Professional Services and Industrial.
