Martech Manager-(240001MN)DescriptionThe Martech Manager will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies and ensuring the effective use of analytics and marketing tools to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the digital media/performance marketing ecosystems, strong analytical skills and proven track record of driving business results through data insights and omptimization.
The candidate will also need to implement group technologies to local market to enable business acquisition and tracking performance.Key Responsibilities·Oversee the implementation and optimization of analytics tools and platforms (Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience)·Utilize advanced analytics and AI to measure / optimize campaign performance with MMP tools like Adjust, AppsFlyer.·Drive integration and automation via Unica and Acoustic.·Automate messaging programs for SMS and EDM for the business teams.·Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and analytics·Collaborate with business teams to implement tracking of mobile app / website activities that drives marketing effectiveness and identify improvement to app / web journey.·Drive personalization on our marketing channels to offer relevant offer / cross-sell and communications to the customers to improve our customer experience.Qualifications·Proficient in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, BigQuery, Qlikview etc.·Knowledge in MMP integration for apps tracking with AppsFlyer & Adjust is a plus.·Problem solver and excellent analytical skills with proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business strategies.·Strong business acumen and presentation skills to convey data to layman terms for non-technical audiences.·Experience working in a digital agency or consulting environment·Manage business stakeholders and development team members.·Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple project simultaneously.·Minimum 6-8 years of experience in marketing analytics and technology
