The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide general oversite to team to ensure that all warehousing activities including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control in compliance with Safety, cGMP, and Quality Standard Operating Procedures.
Utilizes pallet jacks, stand-up reach trucks, sit-down reach trucks, turret trucks, electric rider jacks, box trucks to unload/load material and transport it between areas.
Provides hands on training to new employees on operating material handling equipment.
Performs transactions in ERP/WMS system including but not limited to shipping, entering cycle counts, material receipts, shipments, etc.
Able to investigate and resolve complex shipping or receiving issues utilizing ERP/WMS system.
Provides feedback/suggestions to minimize reoccurring issues.
Subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle ERP/ High Jumps WMS system.
Utilizes PowerPoint to present data and information to employees and leadership.
Utilizes Excel to perform basis data analysis including utilizing formulas and pivot tables.
Implements process improvement ideas.
Leads daily team meetings to review performance and daily workload.Investigates a resolves complex customer requests from internal partners.Documents standard operating procedures and/or work instructions.Investigates and resolves quality incidents.
Ad-hoc duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: 6 years of experience in material handling role.
1+ year experience in a cGMP environment2+ years utilizing Oracle ERP/HighJump WMS or 3+ years of experience completing transactions in other ERP/WMS system1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipment Basic computer data entry skills Ability to obtain a forklift certification
