Project AssistantManager JobDescription • Design and managethe implementation of project activities including construction,project execution, installation, maintenance and works.
• Lead and manage Project team successfully carry outprojects within budgeted cost and within time. To ensure customersatisfaction with the product and services.
•Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors andsuppliers on work instruction and other construction operationissues.
• Monitor project execution schedule andensure meeting project deliverables.
• Performinterim progress claims, monitor progress payments, and determinevariation orders.
• Ensure compliance with therelevant quality and safety standards procedures and otherstatutory requirements.
• Attend site/technicalmeetings or meeting with clients on project progress.
• Ensure timely reporting on project work progress andreports to Management.
• To manage therelationship with the client and all stakeholders such as vendors,contractors, and authorities.
• Researchinformation to support other teams and departments asneeded.
• Keep track of and report on projectprogress.
• Complete any tasks assigned by theProject Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Managerorderly and efficiently.
JobRequirement • Candidate must atleast process Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering orequivalent.
• At least 3 years experiences inM&E Building Services or relevant fields.
• Site supervision and/or design experience iscompulsory.
• Self-motivated and a teamplayer.
• Must be able to lead a team and workunder pressure
• Good communication &correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Well versed with contract engineering specifications bylaw/ standard for M&E Building Services
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard is compulsory
• Strong strategic mindset and proven project managementskills.
