As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our state-of-the-art packaging systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.
What you'll be doing
Installing, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components of our packaging equipment
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance plans to maximise system uptime
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
Conducting regular system inspections and performance evaluations
Providing technical support and training to our customers
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously improve our systems
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC programming and control systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solidworks, or similar design software
