Mechanical Engineer

Reponsibilities: Analyse customer product specifications and applicableregulations. Givethe necessary inputs to the Process Engineer to ensure that thedesign meets the definedperformance. Familiarand self-apply basic engineering risk assessment terminologies suchas FMEA, DMAIC, 8D Meetingwith production managers to assess existingprocesses. Draftingprocess ideas to reduce costs and improve productionrates.Designing and testing process upgrades and new processsystems. Otherad-hoc duties & projects asassigned. Requirements: EducationalBackground:A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, ManufacturingEngineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field isrequired. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though relevantexperience in the CNC milling industry ispreferred.Knowledgeof CNC Milling Machines:Familiarity with CNC milling machines, their operation, andmaintenance is essential. Candidates should have a solidunderstanding of milling processes, tooling, and machineprogramming.TechnicalSkills:Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software for designing and programmingCNC milling operations is required. Knowledge of machiningparameters, setups, and process optimization iscrucial.Problem-SolvingAbilities:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify,troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to manufacturingprocesses, machine performance, and productquality.Communicationand Teamwork:Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functionalteams, including operators, maintenance personnel, and qualityengineers. Ability to document processes, create reports, andpresent findingsclearly.
