Maintenance & Repair: Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely equipment repairs to support continuous food production operations.Project Management: Lead projects involving the installation, upgrading, or modification of food production equipment, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines and timely execution.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and manage detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to comply with audit requirements.Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the M&E team, ensuring efficient workflow and skills development. Collaborate closely with the production, quality assurance, and safety teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety regulations.Energy Efficiency & Cost Control: Monitor and optimize energy usage to reduce costs while maintaining compliance with food production standards. About you? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in M&E roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position in the food manufacturing industry or other manufacturing industry.Familiarity with automation, PLC systems, and SCADA used in food processing environments. Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and compressed air systems, particularly in food manufacturing.Collaborate closely with the production, quality assurance, and safety teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to food safety regulations (GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, etc).
