Boasting one of the largest family communities in Singapore and growing fast in Indonesia and Malaysia, and other SEA countries, we are looking for Media Sales Manager to be a part of this growth story.
As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong and lasting relationships with media agencies in Malaysia. He/She must have proven track records handling or working for media agencies.
Your role:
You must have extensive network of agency contacts and years of account servicing or sales experience working for/with agencies Promote Supermom solutions to agencies and train agencies in adopting SuperMom solutions Conducts regular meetings with agencies to engage in full and frank discussion of client problems, opportunities, and work in progress. Reviews clients' advertising plans with the Business Unit Head and Account Manager. Reviews fulfillments done by account servicing team to ensure the strategy and objectives are met prior to submission to the client. Reviews annual projections of client gross income and personnel needs. Ensures a high level of agency performance on behalf of clients assigned. Periodically reviews account profitability to ascertain that a reasonable profit is being earned from the work done for each client. Proactively recommend strategies to Supermom top management to better engage and grow revenue from media agencies Proactively develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue by a min of 2x yearly At least 5+ years of media agency experience Extensive networks and contacts in the media agency industry Able to network and entertain clients to build relationships Excellent sales and negotiation skills with acute business sense Entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure Good understanding of how agencies measure performance with relevant KPIs Good understanding of how agencies evaluate vendors and partners Robust compensation package: Base-plus-commissions Esop opportunity in a start up environment Bonus plans based on individual, team and/or campaign deliveries Work hard, play hard office culture led by a diverse and inclusive workforce
