Medical Liaison Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering clinical inputs to the Management Team, planning and organizing clinical services, and being involved in marketing initiatives.
You will do so by building a strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders.
Essentially, you will act as the main point of reference for clinical matters.Responsibilities
Handle clinical-related complaints and conduct family conferences.
Manage medicolegal incidents together with internal and external stakeholders.
Uphold clinical safety standards in all activities and implementations.
Analyze clinical/non-clinical data to provide strategic recommendations to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Participate in engagement with stakeholders for value-based healthcare initiatives.
Develop opportunities to establish partnerships with the public sector and GPs.
Proofread clinical contents of marketing materials.
Qualifications
7 years of working experience in clinical operations or a similar capacity in the healthcare industry.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills.
