Medical Sales Executive (Fresh Graduate)Responsible & Accountable for all sales activities (E.g. Daily Visit, Products Selling & Promotion, Obtain Market & competitors updates etc.)
To achieve assigned Sales Objectives which aligned towards product & business expansion in respective territory (Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Melaka).
Develop & Implements monthly field sales action plans.
Maintains professionalism and Product knowledge by attending educational workshops; self-study on professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies etc.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Support and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
Attractive incentive will be awarded to those who hit KPI.
Requirements
Fresh grads welcome. Advantage if come with Sales experience.
Good communication skills and inter-personal skills.
Result-orientated with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment.
