Medical Sales Executive

LOCATION: 1 POSITION IN JOHOR BAHRU, JOHOR
Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed annual sales targetsExecute marketing plans and provide detailed reportsAssist surgeons in the operating room (scrub tech role)Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to doctors and hospital teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals by visiting accounts, attending social and promotional events, and staying up-to-date on relevant market conditions. Develop effective sales strategies alongside the Sales ManagerAddress customer service needs and ensure satisfactionGain in-depth knowledge of our medical products and their applicationsStay current on the latest clinical data and effectively communicate it to healthcare professionalsConduct product demonstrations and presentationsManage your work schedule effectivelyDevelop strategies to expand your network within the medical and healthcare sectorParticipate in medical exhibitions and conferencesPrepare presentations for divisional meetingsAttend company meetings, technical briefings, and data presentations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related field (preferred)Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales (preferred)Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientation and a passion for healthcareAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelySelf-motivated with a drive to succeedA strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines Benefits:  Attractive remuneration package including 13 -month salary, transportation and accommodation allowance, medical & life insurance, health-screen, dental & optometry subsidy,Opportunity for personal growth and development, as well as career advancementPositive working environment
