Candidates! This position is based in Kuala Lumpur but will require candidates to travel interstate.We are looking for a candidate to travel to Perak or Negeri Sembilan on scheduled basis. We're hiring Medical Sales Rep As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be in charge of promoting, marketing, and distributing a specific product through appropriate medical channels. You must also identify new opportunities to increase product sales, investigate and resolve customer complaints, and negotiate the terms of sale with customers strategically in order to close sales. Require to have good work attitude and a team player whom demonstrate close collaboration within the organization.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through strategic territory management.Utilize efficient time management, optimal resource utilization, and maintain high call frequency rates with clinics and hospitals. Daily Planning and Execution: Plan, schedule, and organize daily tasks to meet individual and monthly sales targets.Execute key promotional plans effectively with healthcare professionals. Networking and Relationship Building: Proactively establish and maintain strong networks with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision makers.Build close rapport with healthcare professionals and internal personnel.] Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.Engage in merchandising activities with hospital retail pharmacies. Professional Interactions: Demonstrate attentiveness and responsiveness when interacting with healthcare professionals.Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, talks, seminars, and continuous medical education (CME) sessions to promote brand image and product awareness. Sales Support and Promotion: Effectively use all sales support materials and clinical papers to gain recommendations, prescriptions, and endorsements from healthcare professionals. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Analyze sales reports, competitor information, and market intelligence.Develop actionable and measurable sales plans to enhance business reach based on this analysis. Product Differentiation and Customer Service: Differentiate products from competitors and address customer issues confidently and appropriately. Sales Tracking and Reporting: Update and maintain sales tracking reports to maximize territory effectiveness. Additional Responsibilities: Take ownership of and excel in any additional tasks assigned by management. Continuous Learning and Growth: Demonstrate a strong desire to acquire knowledge and advance within the company through continuous learning and personal growth. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Science/Marketing/Business or equivalent disciplinesInnovative, aggressive, and self-motivated, with the ability to relate to diverse groups of people.Good presentation skills and computer literacyGood interpersonal and communication skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsPossess your own transport and a valid driving license.Willingness to travel extensively, covering Central region, Perak and/or Negeri Sembilan.Experience covering other regions would be an added advantage.At least 1 year sales experience dealing with healthcare professionals and the pharmaceutical industry (especially dermatology) will have an added advantage.Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
