Job Scopes & Responsibilities: Promote and create demand for company products by calling doctors, hospitals, and pharmacists within the assigned territory to generate sales and achieve sales targets.Perform sales presentations and training sessions for doctors and nurses.Engage in daily sales procedures and processes.Work in ICU and OT departments in various hospitals.Communicate product information, pricing, and special offers to customers.Provide pre-sales and post-sales advice and support to maintain good working relationships with external business associates.Establish and maintain close rapport with key customers.Support your immediate supervisor in terms of sales and customer support, including market intelligence and feedback on market trends.Participate in seminars, conferences, and marketing programs within the region of Malaysia as a whole.Report all knowledge and information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, and results of marketing programs to management.Prepare weekly activity reports for management.Prepare and manage all ad hoc tasks assigned by management. Requirements: Fresh graduates with a background in biotechnology or related sciences are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Possess own transport; the company will compensate for petrol, toll, and parking for work-related travel.Sales experience is an advantage but not required.Hardworking and positive thinking individual ready to explore a challenging market.
