Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Membership Services Executive to join the Institute of Enterprise Risk Practitioners in Kota Damansara.
This on-site position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is committed to enhancing member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering effective communication, providing support, and conducting outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for member inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Process new memberships, renewals, and updates to member information.
Develop and implement member engagement initiatives, including events and communications.
Maintain accurate membership records and reports using our database system.
Collaborate with internal teams to create resources and materials that benefit our members.
Assist in the planning and execution of membership events and programs.
Gather feedback from members to inform service improvements and initiatives.
Job RequirementsStrong interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in membership services or related fields is a plus
