Ensure hygiene, safety, and cost control for daily operations.
Special Projects (2023-2024):Enhance Aeon Makan and Foodline 2 platforms.
Participate in customer discovery and persona validation projects.
Support the launch of new sushi concepts.
Briefings:Collaborate daily/weekly with operations on merchandising, operational needs, and product quality issues.
