Attend meetings and record accurate minutes of discussions, decisions, and action items.
Transcribe meeting proceedings in a timely manner, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information.
Organize and format minutes according to established templates or guidelines.
Collaborate with meeting participants to clarify any ambiguous points or gather additional information as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information discussed during meetings.
Distribute finalized minutes to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
Maintain an organized archive of meeting minutes for future reference and auditing purposes.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings when necessary.
Continuously improve processes and procedures related to minutes writing to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on organizational policies, procedures, and terminology to ensure accurate documentation.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma inCompany Secretary (ICSA or equivalent)and/or Law with atleast 5 years' experiencein company secretarial function minutes writing.
Professional Qualification as a Company Secretary will be an added advantage Technical Qualifications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using word processing software and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
