Key Responsibilities:
Use multi outreach channels to engage and prospect potential applicants and promote the MM2H programProvide detailed explanations of the different categories of the MM2H program based on government guidelinesAssist applicants in completing and submitting the necessary documentation for the MM2H programBuild strong relationships with applicants to ensure a smooth and successful application processMaintain meticulous records and ensure accurate administrative processes are followedStay up to date on changes to the MM2H program guidelines and regulationsGo above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and support to applicants throughout the application processQualifications: At least 1-2 year of experience in MM2H in a MUSTProficient in using social media platforms for outreach and marketing purposesKnowledge of government guidelines and regulations related to the MM2H programAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
