Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobility Specialist to join our team. As part of the Mobility team, we aim to continuously improve the consultants' experience from pre-hire/transfer, on assignment, and end of assignment life cycle.
Qualification And Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
Experience:4-5 years of experience in global mobility, human resources, or a related field is often required. Experience with international assignments, relocation management, or immigration is particularly valuable.
Strong understanding of global immigration, tax regulations, and relocation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Immigration and Work Permits:Manage the visa and work permit processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Relocation Management:Plan and execute relocation strategies for employees, including housing and transportation.
Taxation and Compliance:Provide guidance on tax implications and ensure compliance with local tax laws for employees on assignment.
Travel Coordination:Oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and any other logistical support needed for assignments.
Vendor Management (Immigration and Logistic Requirements):Coordinate with external service providers, such as relocation agencies, immigration employees, tax advisors, PPE Vendors, and/or Training Vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain standard project (cost) control processes and procedures (PPE, Trainings, Immigration, etc.) to ensure the Operations Team adheres to Client and Contract requirements. Liaise with Consultants for document complications for Offshore Safety Passport (OSP) application through the OSIS System.
Policy Development:Develop and implement mobility and administration policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
