Job Responsibilities:Molds cleaning and servicing for production.
Solve mold problems on the machines.
Responsible to ensure production schedule is met.
Ensure proper recording in Daily Job Report.
Able to understand engineering drawings.
Able to handle all conventional machines.
Assist superior when required.
Mould repair by welding, grinding, milling, Lathe process.
Updated spare parts list weekly.
Skills / Qualifications:Completed SPM or Certificate of Technical or Vocational Education.
Able to handle conventional machines.
Computer knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel.
Knowledge of Milling, Grinding, Lathe machine process.
Critical thinking ability to troubleshoot and detect malfunctioning.
Possess the discipline to execute tasks without procrastination.
Ability to handle basic tools.
Knowledge of safety precautions.
Good human relations to relate cordially with team members and workers.
At least 1-2 years working experience in a similar field.
