- Basic + Quarterly Commissions - 26 Days Annual Leaves - Highest EPF contribute by employer = 16% - Direct permanent position official with Global Bank - Professional training & career progression provided - JOB LOCATIONS: KL, SELANGOR, PENANG, JOHOR Responsibilities: Responsible for growing the Mortgage business, cross-selling retail banking products, and referring potential Premiers customers to Premier Relationship Bankers or Managers.To lead the Personal Banking proposition to ensure opportunities are identified and customer needs are met effectively, maximizing all available resources.Constantly identify new strategies and approaches to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold calling, attending sales launches/roadshows, referrals & inquiries, etc.Participate, plan, and support sales activities such as marketing visitation/appointment, sales presentation on mortgage and refinancing.Ensure best sales practices and deliver excellent customer service. Requirements: Fresh Diploma or Degree is encouraged to apply for this role.Accept SPM holder preferably someone who has experience in mortgage products or banking sales.Proven ability in customer relationship management.Ability to analyze financial priorities and influence customers to take appropriate action to meet their needs.Excellent sales management skills and excellent understanding of customer needs.
