Mrp Executive

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERP System Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, specifically in maintaining data integrity, resolving system errors, and ensuring smooth operations across various modules.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain data integrity within the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system.
Troubleshoot and resolve errors within the ERP system.
Create articles and drawings using manual and PLM import templates.
Revise drawing revisions in the ERP system.
Input labor hours for projects at month-end.
Delete or archive users who have resigned from the Proalpha system.
Release modules and generate Work Orders.
Print Work Orders.
Close Work Orders upon completion.
Process Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Purchase Requests.
Adjust Number Ranges during the new fiscal year.
Update the system calendar as needed.
Create and organize key-users to develop the ERP user manual.
Conduct monthly checks for duplicate items registered in the ERP system.
Manage system improvement requests and coordinate with the system provider when necessary.
Job Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
At least 8 years of experience with strong expertise in ERP systems.
Proven knowledge of ERP systems, with hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining them.
Experience with SAP system setup and its integration to replace standard ERP systems.
Familiarity with standard SAP modules and their functionalities.
Proficient in creating query reports from SAP.
