We work together to make healthcare accessible to millions of users across Southeast Asia and beyond.About the roleWe are seeking anExecutive, Operationswho will oversee the daily operations of various key functions within the organization, including customer service, Video Consult and Medical claims as well manage various stakeholders on operations-related issues.This role is based inMalaysiaand reports directly to theAssistant Manager, Business Development .A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure issues are resolved in a proper and timely manner.Resolve customers' technical issues and provide feedback and analysis.Responsible for monitoring customers' payment status.Work with courier riders/external delivery partners to ensure a smooth fulfillment process with excellent customer satisfaction.Deal with all instructions, queries and service requests promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames.Handle enquiries received via phone and email while ensuring a high standard of quality in terms of business integrity and customer experience.Share utilisation reports to corporate accounts / insurers / TPAs.Prepare user manual to educate new corporate groups on how to use the services.Identify process gaps within the department and drive improvement.Any other adhoc duties assigned when appropriate.About youMinimum with a diploma and at least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Superior listening, good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to proactively seek solutions while maintaining a calm disposition.Able to work shift hours including evenings, weekends and during Malaysia public holidays.
