Cardas Research & Consulting Group (CRCG) is a full-service marketing research, mystery shopping, and database management consulting company with 65 full-time executives, 100+ field researchers, over 25,000 panel members in the ASEAN countries.CRCG was founded by Jim Chong in 2001, and includes a team of researchers who share a passion for research and development.Good quality research is dependent on good quality resources.Cardas Research & Consulting Group (CRCG) ensures that every project is executed with the aid of a highly experienced team of dedicated professionals, and by employing the use of the latest state-of-the-art techniques which comply with high quality standards.We offer a comprehensive range of modelling and analytical services that will integrate data from multiple resources and transform these data into information, thus providing your business with new tactical and strategic insights.Our statistical techniques can contribute in quantifying likely outcomes and evaluate the effectiveness of your business' current marketing plans.Our resources are comprehensively equipped to handle any project and our dedicated personnel are committed to providing personal attention to your unique needs.The Role You will be responsible for : Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities and providing insights and recommendations.Managing external agencies for the execution of research projects.Identifying ideal methodology and providing oversight on the data collection process and analytic work plan to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs.Leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities and gaining internal support to act upon these opportunities.Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reports.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consulting and Other Services industry.You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataWhat's on Offer?Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performanceFlexible working optionsFantastic work culture
