• LSE Attrus Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing restaurant chains company based in Johor Bahru, currently operating 10 outlets with over 200 staff in our group.
All our restaurants are halal, and our diverse team includes Malay, Chinese, Indian, and foreign staff.
• We are expanding and forming a chain of restaurants with several brands under our group's management, including Padi Kopitiam, Pacific Kopi, Principle Cafe, and Palates & Bagels.

Job Description
- Ensure smooth running of the bar in outlet day-to-day operation.
- Manage customer complaints in the bar sections/products.
- Inventory and stock order management in the bar.
- Bar staff management (recruitment, job assignment, and scheduling).
- Train the bar crews to provide good customer service.
- Formulate bar work schedules.
- Handle bar employee issues & conflicts.
- Train bar staff to perform allocated roles.
- Coordinate daily bar management operations.
- Front of house image management (cleanliness, display of standee, ushering, etc.).
- Maintain a positive bar culture within the team.
- Administer necessary bar paperwork/reporting at month-end.
Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM.
• Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in the F&B industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal setting.
• Ability to supervise and train junior staff.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently under standards.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
