Management of the branches, distributors, and wholesalers effectiveness to drive sales volume and distribution.
Crafting and designing the career growth plans for sales team manpower.
Identifying the strength and weaknesses of each & individual sales staff.
Develop it through specific training with timeline.
Responsible for driving revenue growth, managing teams overseeing customer needs and collaborating with multiple departments across region.Requirements
Must have experience in FMCG companies, especially in Indonesian companies, will be an advantage.
Must have experience min 5 years as Sales Manager or related field.
