Nec Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the execution of works in accordance with NEC requirements.
Strong understanding of project delivery under NEC option 'A'.
Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders, including contractors and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations onsite.
Monitor progress, quality, and performance of the works.
Resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the works.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the works.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates.
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects within agreed timelines.
Job Requirements:
Significant experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within the NEC framework.
Strong understanding of highways and related infrastructure projects.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in the use of relevant software and tools.
Relevant qualifications or certifications would be advantageous.
Flexibility to travel and work on various sites as required.
