Open Position: Network Manager, Operations (IT Service Provider Company)   A reputable IT Service Provider Company is currently hiring Service Delivery Manager to lead the Network Operations team and be based in the Selangor office.
  Key responsibilities include: Over 10 years working experience within Network Operations with good experience leading a team Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on the contractual SLA's and KPI's to the customers and management team Drive optimal operations and continuous improvement of the service introduction process to deliver high-quality service and network project delivery excellence Effective communications with the customers to manage expectation and demonstrate value, underpinned with a focus on continual service improvement Experience in the proactive delivery of managed support services within Network Operations, ITIL and Service Management environment Having professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL and etc would be added advantage Good people management skills to hire, lead and develop the talents within the Network Operations team Good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and presentation skills   If you are interested, please send your CV to  for a confidential discussion.
