New Product & Business Development Executive

Job Responsibility: Building business relationship with current and potential business partnersIdentifying, qualifying, and securing new business leads  Developing customized targeted sales strategiesCollaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accountsMaintaining short- and long-term business development plansPitching products and/or services to business partnersMarket research for product enhancementMarket trends development monitoring (example: regulatory compliance, clientele behavior, etc.)Competitor and clientele analysisCommercial and operational results analysisProblems solving internally and externallyFoster a collaborative environment within the organization Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, Electronic or a related field.Candidate must be able to converse reasonably well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role.Strong understanding of the market dynamics in digital marketing field.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive business plans.Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.Time management and planning skills.
