Responsibilities:
Greet and care for all patients in a polite and courteous manner.
In-charge of patient registration, dispensary, payment, appointments & follow up.
Respond to phone calls and attend to patient's enquiries.
Assist doctor in minor procedures in the clinic.
Deliver direct patient care; assess patients' physical, psychosocial and/or emotional needs; provide patients and family teaching; triage patients and inform physician of patients' status.
Maintain clinic hygiene and equipment sterilization.
Perform daily clerical, logistical & administrative support to clinic i.e.
stock checks, panels key-in.
Manage simple account and billing matters.
Any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the company from time to time.
