Professional Service Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customersProvide nutritional advice and promoting awareness on healthy diet and lifestyle to the public via producing newsletters and/or healthPlan, monitor, and achieve monthly personal sales targetAcquire and get updated on product knowledge and market trend in retail establishmentsPerform market research, product surveying & product testingInvolve in new product development & research on its benefits and usageAny other task as and when assigned by the superior or any other ad-hoc assignment when requiredStock Management To assist in stock takeTo assist in receiving stocks according to purchase orderTo store products follow proper guidelinesHelps to maintain optimal stock levels for all supplementsPeople Management (Co-Worker & Customers) To provide knowledge training to new co-workers and support when they needMaintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customer inquiriesProvide technical support, guidance, and feedback to front-liners who handle customer inquiriesAssist in company activities, eg. Roadshows, exhibitions, expoJOB REQUIREMENT Candidate must possess at least Degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalentFresh graduates are welcome to apply.Required Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishExperience in the health/retail pharmacy industry will be an advantagePreferably Junior Executives specializing in Healthcare-Pharmacy or equivalent.
