Occupation Health Nurse (Kluang)

• Assist in Return-to-Work assessment for employees.
• Attend and assist any emergency cases including providing treatment.
• Update and supply first aid box item and other emergency equipment.
• Follow up on medical check-up for employee if requested by management team.
• Perform OH monthly report.
• Assist doctor on biweekly visit with provide employee's appointment.
• Do regular OH worksite walk-through to evaluation the work environment in the protection of workers' health and the control of Occupational Health risk.
• Provides health and wellness training and education and other employee health services.
• Monthly canteen audit
• OH record keeping for all employees.
• Manage in record inventory of medicine.
• Preparation of long-term medicine.
• Pre assessment for pre-employment fitness to work.
• Manage appointment for doctor visit.Job Requirements
• Candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma in Nursing or its equivalent.
• Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia & Annual Practice Certificate by Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia
• Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and verbal.
• Able to coordinate work duties as Occupational Health Nurse
• Possess the communication skills to liaise with relevant authority and different level of staff
• Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
