Ocean Operation Executive

The candidates must have full knowledge on ocean operational import & export including costing and billing.To monitor, motivate and organize the operation team in terms of planning, strategizing & implementing the task and duties in operations from time to time.Handling and ensure accuracy & timeliness on all the shipping & operational activities.Responsible to update the system on each job work flow do billing and submit job for closing once job complete.To perform ad-hoc tasks that assign from time to time.Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Diploma/Advanced/Logistics -Transportation or equivalent.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Able to handle Import/Export Operational matters and Custom related.Able to work independently with minimum supervision, good analytical skill along with integrity and a commitment to excellence.Meticulous, committed and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
